About the Owner
Natalie Sullivan, MSEd, aPHR, established Sullivan Talent Solutions in July of 2024. She has over 25 years of professional experience spanning military service, defense contracting, training, educating, instructional design, and human resources. Ms. Sullivan formed STS to provide a valuable resource for organizations facing the demands of an ever-changing global environment. Her experience and skills prepare her to deliver solutions that meet organizations where they are and move them toward their goals.
Ms. Sullivan earned a master’s degree in education specializing in instructional design for online learning and develops these skills through professional pursuits. She is pursuing a doctoral degree in adult education, which employs organizational change management to provide learning and development solutions. She also recognizes that talent development works best on an interpersonal level, so she earned the HRCI Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification. Ms. Sullivan’s background, experience, education, and dedication to service results in exemplary talent and workforce development solutions.
