Natalie Sullivan, MSEd, aPHR, established Sullivan Talent Solutions in July of 2024. She has over 25 years of professional experience spanning military service, defense contracting, training, education, instructional design, and human resources. Ms. Sullivan formed STS to provide a valuable resource for organizations facing the demands of an ever-changing global environment. Her experience and skills prepare her to deliver solutions that prepare today’s workforce for success.

Ms. Sullivan earned a master’s degree in education specializing in instructional design and develops these skills through professional pursuits. She is earning a doctoral degree in adult education to further hone her ability to reach underserved populations with relevant skills and training. She also earned the HRCI Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification to offer learning and development services to organizations. Ms. Sullivan’s background, experience, education, and dedication to service results in ideal solutions to meet career growth needs.
